Its time to reward your inner cocktail passions with a full day of divine flavours, textures and combinations.  Discover the Yarra Valley in style! Your Chauffeur will collect you from Melbourne to spend a day exploring the beautiful Yarra Valley.  

Your day starts around 9.00am, as the excitement and fun is building your looking forward to the discovery of new tasting experiences that await you. You’ll then cruise out to the famous Yarra Valley countryside to start your first tasting experience at 10.00am.

Prepare to taste up to 50 different flavour profile combinations, our experienced bartenders are there to answer your questions about flavour intensity, personal tastes and preferences.  

You may choose ingredients that are new & exciting, or classic, contemporary with a twist. A traditional ‘G&T’ mixer or partake in daiquiris, coconut, rum, cocktail combinations. There is so much choice, try Negroni, Champagne Cocktail, Mojito, Espresso Martini, Margarita or Cosmopolitan, you may wish to add an aged bourbon or rum for a more smoother and intense cocktail experience. There are dark chocolate, coffee, plum or fresh berry combinations, including bubbles of course. 

You may even learn about your cocktails history and where it first originated. 

Lunch is enjoyed over looking the vines at a local Yarra Valley winery, relax while enjoying your 2 courses, leaving room for another cocktail venue to visit.
